Following the success of Daniel Alexander's patent cases round up just before Christmas, it is now James Mellor QC's turn, who has kindly agreed to summarise recent cases on trade marks and passing off, designs, copyright, and whatever else outside patents that he considers interesting!

This course is directed at all levels of practitioners with an interest in intellectual property and will provide them with an understanding of the current issues and future potential directions in intellectual property case law.

The charge for non-members is £21.85 (including processing fee), payable online at the time of registration.
