There are a number of combination product cases pending before the CJ EU that, when taken together, probe almost every aspect of the Regulation's requirements for a valid SPC to be obtained. We now have an Advocate-General opinion for the first case in the series, but what clues does this give us as to how the Court will decide, and who will be the winners and losers if her logic is followed?

A stellar panel will analyse what must be the hottest SPC topic at present. We anticipate that there will be an opportunity to ask questions after the talk - and for many years afterwards.
